What exactly does Lewelab do?
We are a team from Manresa helping businesses with four things: professional websites on subscription, AI and automations (like a WhatsApp receptionist), Lewelab HR to manage your team, and custom web projects. All with the same team, from one place.
What size of business is Lewelab for?
It’s built for freelancers, local businesses and SMEs: from a professional working alone to companies with a few dozen employees. For larger companies or special needs we do custom projects.
How much does a professional website cost?
From €99/month + VAT, including custom design, domain, hosting, local SEO and maintenance. There are three plans (Essential, Professional and Growth) and no upfront payment. Paying quarterly or yearly gets you a discount.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. It’s a monthly subscription you can cancel whenever you want, with no penalties. We’d rather you stay because the website works for you, not because a contract forces you to.
How long does it take to get everything ready?
It depends on what you need. In the first meeting we give you a specific timeline for your project and, before you decide anything, we show you a demo.
Is the domain mine?
Yes, the domain is always in your name. Design and hosting are part of the subscription; if you cancel, you keep your domain.
What reports and analytics does Lewelab include?
From your dashboard you see the leads coming from your website, a monthly report with visits and leads, your reviews and your appointments. With Lewelab HR you also get your team’s logged hours, ready to export for your accountant.
Which automations do you build, and which use AI?
Many don’t need AI: appointment reminders and confirmations, review requests, internal alerts or sending contacts to your calendar. AI comes in with the WhatsApp receptionist, which understands what customers write, replies and books appointments 24/7.
What if the AI gets something wrong with a customer?
It only answers with the business information we give it, and you can read the conversations and pause it anytime from your dashboard. You can also choose whether bookings are confirmed automatically or by you.
What is Lewelab HR and who needs it?
It’s an app to manage your team: clock-in from phone or computer, holidays, schedules, documents and payslips, with export for your accountant. It’s useful for any company with employees, as working-time records are mandatory in Spain.
Do you only work in Manresa?
We’re based in Manresa (Bages, Barcelona), but we work with businesses across Catalonia and Spain. Meetings can be by video call or in person if you’re nearby.
Will I talk to you directly?
Yes. We’re a small team: you talk to the people who build and look after your project, with no middlemen or call centres.
